This role includes all aspects of the rental vehicle industry. You will be dealing with customer enquiries and bookings both over the phone and email. You will be the face of the business and potentially the first person our customers see. A natural ability to work in a team environment and carry out tasks by yourself is a must.

Fleet Coordinator

The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for ensuring optimum utilization of fleet whilst driving maintenance costs down and guaranteeing all vehicles are in a safe manor to hire out. Main responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Efficient Running of the company Fleet at the Auckland Airport Branch
• Companies policies and procedures are followed in accordance to companies Fleet manual and maintenance guidelines
• Training and champion of all things maintenance with the staff 
• Be champion of all things maintenance on Rental Car Manager 
• Optimizing utilization rates by having the right fleet in the right place at all times 
• To ensure required vehicle paperwork is being carried and filed accordingly 
• To ensure all vehicles meet our Health & Safety and compliance standards before being hired out 
• Ensure external suppliers are following best practice and cost effective 
• To carry out regular audits with the help of the Fleet Manager

Shuttle driver

The Role

This role includes collecting and delivering HVT customers between the branch and Airport and ensuring all the vehicles are cleaned to the documented standard. A natural ability to work in a team environment, carry out tasks by yourself and have a friendly and informative manner whilst dealing with customers is a must.
